Priority Administrators can assign priority to any meter. This is a sort of diary highlighting any attention that should be given to the meter or tenant. A priority score can be from 1 to 100, the lower the number the higher the priority.
Alert Score Indicates an alert with respect to the recharge activity of a meter.
Comms Absence This report reflects Communication Absence
For meters that report their consumption, this shows the number of days the meter has not made any communication.
Days Since Last Recharge Indicates the number of days since the meter was recharged.
Logs Created     Operators can record logs outlining any issues or interactions with a client. Indicates the number of logs created for clients.
Logs Closed     Indicates the number of logs closed or resolved with respect to dealing with clients.
